Sintered mesh filter discs

Sintered mesh filter discs can be as simple as a round piece cut from a sintered wire mesh or as complex as a filter disc assembly with dozens of sections with frame and sintered mesh.

We have various fabrication methods to cut the sintered mesh filter discs. For thin and high volume filter discs, we use stamping machine which is fast and economical. We use laser cut for  filter discs with bigger thickness, large diameter, complex shape, and medium tolerance requirement. For extreme dimension requirements, we use EDM cutting, which is accurate but slow and expensive.

The sintered wire mesh can be customized to fulfill the thickness and performance requirements of the sintered mesh filter discs. We can supply sintered wire mesh with hundreds of the layers for flame elimination or noise control. Sintered wire mesh with perforated metal is also popular for sintered mesh filter discs because the perforated metal can give good support to the wire mesh layers and often avoid using extra metal frame to support the filter discs.

We provide mesh replacing service for larger diameter sintered mesh filter discs. These filter discs often have heavy metal frames which are expensive. Therefore Replacing the contaminated or destroyed sintered mesh while reusing the frames is a wise option.

• Micron rating: 1 2 5 10 15 20 30 40 50 80 100 150 200 micron standard, other micron and filter cloth can be chosen as request.
• Diameter: We have made : 10mm minimum,  & 3000 mm maximum. But there is no limit on the diameter as the sintered mesh filter media can be connected by welding.
• Thickness: Below 1 mm to above 20 mm, depends on the sintered mesh layer structure.
